Course details

Leading without Limits aims to equip school leaders with the research knowledge and confidence to support whole school decision making and classroom practice. It may challenge some long-held assumptions about ‘what works’ in schools and classrooms. Each session features a keynote from a leading expert on a specific area of research and practice, and is followed by discussion and critical reflection activities. Speakers include Professor Becky Francis, Director of UCL Institute of Education, and Dame Alison Peacock, Chief Executive of the Chartered College of Teaching.

This course is designed for senior leaders who are wanting to move their school from ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’, who are looking for high quality personal CPD to support career development, who are seeking evidence-informed approaches to improve outcomes for children, or who are wanting to work with other school leaders who share their passion for research and evidence
